What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Delivery charges are based on order value, calculated in the cart where options for delivery or collection are available.

UK Delivery

UK Standard
All orders over £50 are delivered free.
Orders of under £50 will incur a delivery charge of up to £5 depending on items ordered.
These will be dispatched within two working days and will be delivered within 5-7 working days.
UK Express
Deliveries will be charged between £10 and £20 depending on order value and will be dispatched the same working day (if received by 4pm) or the next working day and will be delivered in 2-3 working days.
UK Click and Collect
You can place and pay for your order online and collect from the Warwick shop free, whatever the order value.

European Delivery*

European carriage is based on the Order Value and ranges from £10 to £20.
Orders should be delivered within 7-10 working days.

International Delivery*

International carriage is based on the Order Value and ranges from £10 to £50.
Orders should be delivered within 10-20 working days.

*International and European Deliveries, depending on where you live, may incur a customs charge upon entry to the country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.

We shall not be held liable for non-delivery of items due to issues beyond our control within the chosen delivery systems.

How Can I Return a Product?

4. Cancellation and returns policy
4.1 If you wish to cancel your order: (a) you can notify us by email to sales@presentdays.co.uk before we have packed or dispatched the goods to you; or (b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.
4.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason (except as outlined in clause 4.4 below) at any time within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The cost and responsibility of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. We recommend you obtain proof of posting. If an exchange is required, extra postage & packing (rates) is required to be paid before we send goods out.
4.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will issue to you a refund of the amount paid (less any outbound postage costs incurred) or an exchange credit as required. Where free delivery has been offered with the order then there will be a charge at the standard rate of delivery applied. The current pricing can be found on our delivery details page. We are unable to refund any import duty that has been paid.
4.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.2 & 4.3 will not apply in the event that the product has been used, or if any seal on the packaging for the product has been broken, upon return to us. The return must include the original packaging. The provisions of this clause 4.4 do not affect your statutory rights.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No you can order and checkout as a guest but if you do create an account you will get the occasional update email when we have new and exciting things added to the site. (We promise NOT to SPAM you!)

How do I place an Order?

Simply browse the products, select the ones you wish to order and go to your cart for a breakdown of your order. Select the shipping option and go to Checkout.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Yes. Our payment methods through Sage Pay and PayPal mean that none of your card details are seen by us. When you select the payment method you are transferred to the secure sites run by Sage Pay and PayPal. The payment is authorised by them and then sent to our bank.

How Do I Track My Order?

You will receive an email confirming the order has been received and another on dispatch.
